We are so excited to share Sybil and Christian’s fall wedding day at Journeyman Distillery! What could be more fun than a Friday the 13th wedding?! The couple chose the most perfect venue in Three Oaks, Michigan to carry out an elegant, moody, vibe. Light floods through Warren Hall’s massive windows, exposed pipes line the ceiling, white-washed brick stretches the walls, and string lights highlight the aisle with a rustic statement piece barn door hung at the end. This venue added so much character and charm to an already special, beautiful day! Holding the ceremony and reception in the same room made for the the cozy, close-knit vibe that the couple was going for. The room was filled with rich black decor (and a black cake!), while green and white accents brightened the space as an ode to their love for the outdoors. Eucalyptus garland was strewn across sage cheesecloth, scattered with white roses and baby’s breath, on top of each wooden dining table. 

Our bride, Sybil, wore a gorgeous silk halter wedding gown, while the girls stood next to her in long black dresses, all varying in styles and fabrics. The men wore black suits with white boutonnières in their chest pockets, keeping the classic and elegant style. The guests were notably just so happy to be there celebrating with each other and the happy couple! Holding the ceremony and reception in the same room made for the the cozy, close-knit vibe that the couple was going for. The flow of the room was flawless; from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to dinner. Each place setting had a gin or vodka favor from The Journeyman to take home- such a cute touch that added another pop of interest and accents of their colors. The couple and their guests had a blast dancing the night away, complete with glow sticks! We could not be happier with how their entire day went!
